Two ways to pay for the design work
Building a site takes around thirty hours of work. Whichever plan you choose, you decide whether to spread that across the subscription or settle it separately — the service delivered is identical.

Either way and on either plan, the content and domain name are yours, and a mock-up of your homepage is produced free of charge before you sign anything.

Frequently asked questions
Because at that price the site is a stock template filled in automatically: no design of your own, no human-proofread translation, no SEO work and support through a form. We spend around thirty hours on each site and answer you ourselves. A lower rate would not be good news for you — it would mean we need a hundred clients to make a living, and therefore serve them badly.
Not on the €199 plan: the design work is fully covered by the subscription, in exchange for a twelve-month term. If you would rather settle it separately, it is €1,200 then €99 a month with no commitment at all.
Twelve months when the design work is included, the time needed to amortise it. No commitment if you pay for the design upfront. After that, cancel any time with one month’s notice.
Your rate is locked for the whole duration of your subscription, and for life for the first ten businesses. Any increase would apply to new clients only.
The content — copy, photography, domain name — is yours and is handed back at any time on request. Only hosting and maintenance are tied to the subscription.
By monthly direct debit or bank transfer, with an invoice. Nothing is charged before the site is live and approved by you.
